Services
At Relief Nursery, we believe in the power of focusing on and building upon the unique strengths of each family.
Our wide array of services allows us to meet the diverse and evolving needs of the families we serve. From crisis response and therapeutic classrooms, to substance use recovery support, our dedicated staff work to help remove barriers and foster resilience.
The first three years of life are critical for a child’s emotional and social development. Adverse experiences in early childhood can have life-long effects on physical, mental, and emotional health. Research shows that a responsive, nurturing relationship with caring adults is the single most important factor in a child’s healthy development; that’s why our model is designed to support both parents and their children.
Relief Nursery services are provided at no cost to enrolled families.
Our programs and services are provided in English and Spanish and include:
Therapeutic Early Childhood Program
Relief Nursery therapeutic classrooms provide enriching classroom experiences for children ages 2-5 with a strong focus on promoting children’s social-emotional development in a safe and nurturing environment.
“My journey with Relief Nursery started with being a single mom. From the start, the staff was friendly and welcomed us as if we were family. My child always looks forward to going to school and loves her teachers so much. Relief Nursery is an open door full of opportunities for families and children; the help that they provide to me and other families is amazing.”
