Our play structure, which has been a source of joy and learning for over 30 years, is in urgent need of replacement. The wood posts and some of the plastic components are deteriorating, posing safety concerns. We need your support to help us build a new, safer, and more durable playground.
Why Upgrade Our Playground?
Every year, Relief Nursery serves hundreds of children, providing them with daily opportunities to explore and learn in nature. Our core belief is that children thrive outdoors—they need fresh air, physical activity, social interaction, and creative play daily. Our outdoor spaces, including playgrounds and gardens, are integral to our curriculum, designed by our teachers to enrich our children’s learning experiences. These areas see year-round use, intensifying during the summer months.
Thanks to a generous lead donation of $1,500 from Trillium Community Health Plan, we have made a promising start toward our goal of $10,000. We are also pursuing grant funding to support this vital project.
